Alzheimer’s disease impacts approximately 5.3 million Americans, including 5.1 million adults over the age of 65, noted the Alzheimer’s Association. While seniors can’t completely eliminate all their risks of developing dementia, there are certain activities that may help them slow the progression of memory loss.
