A Sunrise Recipe: Cranberry Bread Pudding

This winter dish, a favorite of our Brighton Gardens of Dunwoody community, is an original recipe created by our chef and featuring cranberries, a well-known “superfood.”

Among their health benefits, cranberries are known for helping prevent urinary
tract infections (UTI). Also considered low calorie – half a cup contains only 25 calories – cranberries are
also show to prevent certain types of cancer, improved immune function, decreased blood pressure and
reduced risk of cardiovascular disease.
