A Sunrise Recipe: Warm Quinoa Salad

This recipe is an all-time favorite of our residents at Sunrise of Windsor, ON. Our chef created an exceptionally healthy side dish by combining his love for Greek salad and quinoa.

Quinoa is a complete protein, meaning it contains sufficient quantities of all amino acids. While this characteristic is traditionally found in food made from animals, such as meats, fish, milk, poultry and eggs, quinoa manages to meet these requirements as a grain.
