An Ovarian Cancer Study Causes Alarm While Another Raises Hope

Cancer on the epithelial tissue surrounding the ovaries is, according to the National Cancer Institute, the fifth deadliest form of cancer for women. It is such a deadly disease because it has few noticeable symptoms and no screening tests, which means the cancer is usually not detected until it is in it’s late stages.
