How To Reduce Your Risk Of Falling

Falling can be very dangerous for senior citizens. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 1 in 3 adults over the age of 65 falls annually, leading to a total of 2.5 million nonfatal falls. Between 20 and 30 percent of these incidents cause injuries such as head trauma, fractures and lesions.
