Loneliness linked to Alzheimer’s Disease

More evidence is surfacing that shows a link between loneliness and cognitive decline that could lead to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Previously, the Sunrise blog has covered the issue of loneliness and heart disease, but now it appears that socialization is linked to all forms of health. Whether it’s playing games, attending dinner parties or going for a round of golf, social activities could benefit both the mind and the body.
