Study Shows Education May Reduce Depression Risk

In case you needed another reason to finish your high school education or go to college, a new survey just announced that education helps decrease your chances of getting Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. The Framingham Heart Study research that was published in the New England Journal of Medicine was a comprehensive look at risk factors associated with heart disease and stokes. Their research found that participants with better cardiovascular health were less likely to develop mental illnesses.
