Sunrise Communities Support NIA’s Go4Life® Relay Walks Sept. 29

Today, nearly 250 Sunrise communities across the nation joined the National Institute on Aging’s (NIA) efforts in raising awareness for healthy aging by hosting a Go4Life® walking relay. The campaign supports healthy exercise habits for people over the age of 50, but together with the community, these intergenerational, non-competitive relays can keep the importance of activity top of mind for everyone.
