Surprising Retirement Expectations And How To Prepare

Many people envision settling into a retirement community sometime in their late 50s or mid 60s. However, as people grow older, this dream seems to be far off, with many expecting to retire at a much later age, according to a Tangerine survey.

The results revealed that about 18 percent of Canadian seniors believe they will work beyond their 60s and into their 70s. Only a mere 39 percent of those polled noted they believe they will retire between their 50s and 60s. However the anticipation may be a little worse than the reality.
