You’ve probably noticed this has been an unseasonably warm winter so far this year. And it’s actually breaking weather records that date back to 1940. According to Global News, Toronto experienced the warmest Christmas Eve on record with a high of 15 degrees Celsius.

While some might be reveling in the light jacket weather, others are concerned as to what is happening to our environment as a result. When you consider the delicate balance of the ecosystem, you have to wonder if this unseasonable weather is hurting Canadian wildlife.
